Art Therapy in Singapore: a Creative Healing Studio

Our Services

Our Approach to Art Psychotherapy

Welcome to Ayana Art Therapy, a clinical practice dedicated to Trauma-Informed Art Psychotherapy in Singapore. We understand that true healing often requires a language beyond words. Our services are designed for individuals, adolescents, and organizations seeking professional Mental Health Support grounded in compassion, safety, and ethical practice.

Our work is facilitated by a credentialed Art Therapist who integrates creative expression (using materials like paint, fabrics, and collage) with applied psychological theory. This is not an art class; it is a specialized form of psychotherapy where the creative process serves as a non-verbal tool, allowing you to process difficult emotions and experiences, particularly those related to trauma, in a contained and supported manner.

Explore our core service offerings below, each designed to meet your unique needs and foster your journey toward personal growth and psychological well-being.
