Terms & Conditions - Therapy Sessions

By booking a therapy session with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency for both our clients and our therapists.

1. Bookings

  • All therapy sessions must be scheduled through our online booking platform.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment (via PayNow, Bank Transfer or Stripe).
  • Once your booking is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent with your session details and payment information.

2. Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Accepted payment methods:
    • PayNow (for Singapore-based clients) – No additional charges apply.
    • Direct Bank Transfer
    • Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) – Please note that Stripe charges an additional processing fee of 3.4% + SGD 0.50, which will be added to your session fee.
  • Sessions will not be confirmed until the payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your therapy session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
  • For cancellations made after payment, any applicable bank/Stripe processing fees or administrative charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • In genuine emergency situations requiring last-minute changes, please contact your therapist directly to discuss possible options.
  • In the rare event that your therapist is unavailable, you will be offered an alternative slot or a full refund.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed in line with the cancellation policy above.
  • If payment has been made and you wish to cancel your session, please email us at [email protected]
    with your booking reference and preferred refund method.

5. Insurance & Reimbursement

  • We understand that insurance coverage for therapy can be complex, and we want to support you in any way we can. While we do not work directly with insurance companies, we can provide you with a letter and invoices that you can use to claim reimbursement independently.
  • Please note that some insurers may require pre-approval before starting treatment, so we encourage you to check with your provider beforehand. Our team is happy to assist with any questions you may have regarding the insurance claim process.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), Singapore.
  • Your personal information will only be used for booking, payment, and therapy-related purposes.
  • All information shared during therapy sessions is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or if there is risk of harm to self or others.
